Beauchat & Beauchat, LLC provides full service bankruptcy representation in Chapter 7 matters. It is our goal to ensure that clients feel comfortable in what is frequently a stressful time. We will guide clients through the pre-bankruptcy credit counseling, and assist in compiling the necessary information to complete a bankruptcy petition. After the petition is filed, we provide representation at the 341 creditors meeting and at any subsequent hearings that may arise.
