Paralegal

Clerical
$45.00
In some instance, we may require a retainer before we will begin work .

Some types of legal matters are handled on a flat rate fee basis. The attorney handling the matter will quote the fee in these cases based on the anticipated time needed.

Some services are performed by the paralegal or clerical staff and will be billed at a lesser rate than the attorney’s fees. All work is done under the supervision of the attorney who is handling your matter.
