FIRM BIOGRAPHY
The firm of Beauchat & Beauchat, LLC was founded in 1993 by Mark D. Beauchat. The offices were originally located on South Washington Street in Gettysburg Borough.

Wendy Weikal-Beauchat joined the firm in 1994. In 1997, the firm moved to a Baltimore Street location. In order to accommodate a growing staff, the firm moved to its current home at 63 West High Street in January, 2000. In the same year, Mark D. Beauchat was elected to serve as a District Court Judge. The firm expanded in 2003 with the addition of Andrea Singley, and again in 2006 with the addition of Ann Marie Rotz.

Currently the practice is focused on meeting the needs of clients in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, elder law, real estate transactions, land use issues, consumer bankruptcy, landlord/tenant matters, family law, business formation, continuation and close-out strategies, and non-profit organizations. The firm maintains working relationships with other qualified practitioners who serve as a referral network to meet the needs of our clients for issues outside the scope of the firm’s practice.
